Objectives of Training

  • To explore the common sharing of diverse faiths, religion and embracing it as a role model.
  • To analyze, how people are educationally, economically, religiously or culturally different can work together on campaign as well as potential limitations of doing so.
  • To determine the role of women in leadership, development and its effects upon conflict resolution (inter/intra-faith tolerance) among civil society.
  • To illustrate the role of media and civil society in gender awareness.
  • To analyze, how to create a culture of power sharing and participation within gender and among civil society stack holders.
  • To illustrate, how sharing of experience, knowledge and information is vital for capacity building, gender development, intra/intra–faith reconciliation and sustainability.
  • To discuss the nature of compromise – or finding common ground including its benefits and drawbacks.

    With support of the Pluralism Fund, Rural Women Welfare Organization has been implementing a project namely “Resource Center Regarding Women Rights, Peace and Reconciliation”. Project has been implemented in accordance with the setout action plan and has produced both short and long term impacts over the behavior and life of the stack holders of the working radius of the organization.
    Organization methodology is to work in general with stack holders in particular with women about inter/ intra–faith tolerance and recognition of women rights. In this regard organization has arranged eight workshops, seminars at district level and one workshop at provincial level. In addition organization has conducted more than 40 sessions in community based organizations (CBOs) over women’s social, economic, educational, political and psychological rights, gender disparities, conflict resolution, prevention and management.
