RWWO and GFW's Joint Venture to support 8th Oct 05's Earthquake affected Women and Girls

8th Oct was a sad day which, brought a lethal earthquake with shocks measuring 7.6 on Richter scale. More than 1,00,000 people died, millions injured with a huge loss of properties. Women and children were more affected and suffered the most. Keeping in the view Rural Women Welfare Organization and Global Fund for Women have made a joint venture and have establish clinic and 10 community schools for affected women and girls of earthquake hit area from 1st Feb-2006. All the services are offered free of cost.
